01 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all access and use of the be1111 website located at https://be1111.vip and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and account facilities made available by be1111 (collectively, the "Platform"). The Agreement is entered into between be1111 ("we", "us", "our", or the "Operator") and each individual who registers an account or otherwise accesses the Platform ("Player", "you", or "your").
By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing without registration — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
be1111 operates exclusively for the Bangladesh market and provides its services in the English language. All account balances, transactions, and game results are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only; gambling involves financial risk, and players should only wager amounts they can comfortably afford to lose.
be1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Platform at any time and without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes.
These terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions of any terms, conditions, rules, or policies previously published by be1111.
02 Account Registration
To access the full range of services on be1111 — including placing bets, participating in promotions, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 3 (Age Restriction & Eligibility) of this Agreement.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) account only on the be1111 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where be1111 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals may be voided, and any bonus winnings may be forfeited pending investigation.
Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the point of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and residential address within Bangladesh. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
be1111 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. be1111 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time and to suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of verification.

- Accepted proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement (dated within 90 days)

- KYC documents must be submitted in English or Bengali; be1111 may request certified translations for documents in other languages
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is finalised.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out from your account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify be1111 immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
03 Age Restriction & Eligibility
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on be1111, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited for your personal use
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler operating an account for commercial purposes
- You are not a be1111 employee, contractor, agent, or an immediate family member of any such person
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or gambling block that would apply to the Platform
- You have not previously had a be1111 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions
- You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of placing bets
be1111 employs age verification measures throughout the registration and KYC process. Where there is reasonable doubt about a player's age, be1111 will suspend the account and request documentary proof of age before allowing further activity. In the event that a player is found to be under 18 years of age, all deposits will be returned (minus any amounts already wagered), and all winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
Parents and guardians are reminded of the importance of keeping their login credentials and payment method access secure to prevent access by minors. be1111 recommends the use of parental control software where shared devices are used in households with children under the age of 18.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
be1111 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). be1111 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which be1111 accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit: ৳200

- You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
- be1111 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited; contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred
Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible
- Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6)
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank
- be1111 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time
- Withdrawals will only be approved for the amount of real-money funds (not bonus funds) available in your account after any applicable wagering requirements have been met
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to a deposit made to be1111 is a breach of this Agreement. Where a chargeback is initiated, be1111 will immediately suspend the associated account, recover any remaining balance, and may pursue recovery of any shortfall through available legal channels.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
be1111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, and ICC T20 tournaments, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where specified, identity verification
- Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period
- Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute less; contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms
- be1111 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and remove bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or low-risk hedging strategies
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of standard wagering completion
Changes to Promotions
be1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a player has already accepted a bonus offer and begun wagering, the terms in effect at the time of acceptance will apply, unless the modification is required for regulatory or security reasons, in which case be1111 will provide reasonable notice.
06 User Obligations
As a player on the be1111 Platform, you agree at all times to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, or legal action, depending on the severity and nature of the breach.
- You will provide only accurate and truthful information to be1111, including at registration, during KYC, and in any communications with our support team
- You will not use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or improper purpose
- You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use automated betting scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players
- You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players in table games or live casino environments
- You will not use the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction associated with criminal activity
- You will not attempt to access accounts belonging to other players or engage in any form of phishing, hacking, or social engineering directed at be1111 or its players
- You will not use VPN, proxy services, or other means to disguise your true location or identity in a way that circumvents be1111's access controls
- You will not make defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward be1111 staff or other platform users
- You will notify be1111 promptly if you become aware of any security vulnerability, error in game outcomes, or incorrect crediting of funds to your account
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the Platform
be1111 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect irregular wagering patterns, account sharing, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and other prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of these obligations may have their accounts suspended without advance notice while an investigation is conducted.
07 Account Suspension & Closure
be1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during verification
- Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or mobile financial service provider
- Evidence of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
- Player request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy
Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, be1111 will process any eligible remaining real-money balance for withdrawal within the standard processing timeframe, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Operator-Initiated Closure
Where be1111 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the treatment of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach. Where the breach involves fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse, be1111 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. be1111 will send a written notice to the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support; KYC re-verification may be required upon reactivation.
08 Limitation of Liability
The be1111 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While be1111 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform operates without interruption, error, or data loss, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that all features will function flawlessly on every device, browser, or network connection available to players in Bangladesh.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be1111 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from:
- Temporary or prolonged Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Errors in game software provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or others); in such cases, the relevant studio's terms and void-game policy will apply
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners)
- Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials confidential
- Your own decisions to wager amounts beyond your financial means
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, even if be1111 has been advised of the possibility of such losses
- Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or pandemic-related disruptions
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obvious typographical error in odds, an incorrectly quoted payout, or a game malfunction that produces an impossible result — be1111 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. be1111 is not obligated to honour winnings arising from a manifest error, regardless of whether they have been credited to a player's account balance.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude be1111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of good faith and fair dealing applicable in the jurisdiction in which be1111 operates. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration, the details of which will be communicated to the player at the time of escalation.
